We are looking for a professional and fluent English-speaking Outbound Calling Representative to contact potential customers and introduce our home repair and maintenance services. This role focuses on customer outreach, appointment scheduling, through professional phone communication. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to homeowners and property managers Introduce and explain home repair and maintenance services Build interest and maintain professional customer relationships Schedule appointments for technicians or sales representatives Maintain accurate customer records and call notes Requirements Excellent spoken and written English Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in customer service, telesales, or appointment setting preferred Professional phone etiquette Organized and self-motivated Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment for remote work Preferred Qualifications Experience communicating with U.S. or international customers Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone Familiarity with CRM systems or customer databases Compensation Competitive salary Performance-based bonuses Flexible remote work opportunities Job Type Full-time Remote Pay: E£12,000.00 - E£20,000.00 per month Work Location: Remote
