Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Camera Surveillance Operator to monitor and maintain the security of our restaurant group’s premises. The successful candidate will be responsible for observing live and recorded video footage, identifying suspicious activities, and ensuring the safety of staff, customers, and company assets across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities

Monitor live CCTV feeds across all restaurant locations Review recorded footage to investigate incidents such as theft, misconduct, or safety concerns Identify and report suspicious or unusual behavior promptly Maintain accurate logs of daily surveillance activities and incidents Coordinate with restaurant management and security teams when issues arise Ensure all surveillance equipment is functioning properly and report technical faults Assist in internal investigations by retrieving and analyzing video evidence Maintain strict confidentiality of all surveillance data and operations Follow company policies, procedures, and legal regulations regarding surveillance

Requirements

Proven experience in CCTV monitoring, surveillance, or security operations (preferred) Familiarity with surveillance systems and recording equipment Strong attention to detail and observation skills Ability to remain focused for extended periods Good written and verbal communication skills Basic computer literacy Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Working Conditions

Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to R10 000,00 per month Work Location: In person
