Position: Concierge Officer Location: Birmingham City Centre & West Midlands Hourly rate: £12.60 Schedule: Full-time Experience required: Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience About you You’ll be confident working independently, calm under pressure, and comfortable acting as the first point of contact for residents, visitors and contractors. A proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication are essential.
