Position: Concierge Officer Location: Birmingham City Centre & West Midlands Hourly rate: £12.60 Schedule: Full-time Experience required: Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience About you You’ll be confident working independently, calm under pressure, and comfortable acting as the first point of contact for residents, visitors and contractors. A proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication are essential. Key responsibilities Provide a professional front-of-house and concierge serviceAct as the first point of contact for residents, visitors and contractorsMaintain site security through access control, monitoring and patrols where requiredDeliver excellent customer service while maintaining a visible security presenceRespond to incidents, queries and issues in a calm and professional mannerMaintain accurate logs and complete incident and visitor documentationLiaise with site management, security teams and emergency services when requiredRequirements Valid SIA licence (mandatory)CCTV licence desirable but not essentialExcellent customer service and communication skillsStrong problem-solving ability and attention to detailSmart, professional appearance and conduct5-year checkable work/education history (required during screening)How to apply Apply via the form on this page or email info@snsg.co.uk.
