*Role Description** This is a part-time hybrid role for a Remote Customer Service Representative, based in Dubai with the flexibility to work from home part of the time. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards. Additional duties involve resolving issues, capturing customer feedback, and providing a consistent and positive customer experience via phone and digital communication channels.

*Qualifications**Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and fostering Customer SatisfactionStrong skills in Customer Experience management and ensuring positive customer interactionsExcellent Phone Etiquette and communication skills for handling inbound and outbound calls effectivelyAbility to work in a hybrid environment with a focus on building relationships and resolving customer queriesExperience with SAP technologies or the IT industry is advantageousFluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
