Responsibilities

Lead requirements discovery across multi‑system AI, data, and platform delivery initiatives. Facilitate complex stakeholder workshops across business and technical teams. Translate strategic objectives into solution‑ready technical requirements. Define functional and non‑functional specifications aligned to architecture decisions. Document integration requirements across enterprise systems and platforms. Support architecture teams in aligning solution design with business needs. Lead definition of data flows, interface requirements, and system dependencies. Maintain requirements traceability across multiple delivery workstreams. Support backlog prioritisation across engineering teams. Contribute to discovery phases, solution workshops, and RFP responses. Support user acceptance testing strategy and validation planning. Mentor junior business analysts where applicable.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline CBAP, PMI‑PBA, or equivalent certification (preferred) Experience supporting government or regulated‑sector transformation programmes Experience working with AI or enterprise data platform initiatives Experience working in Middle East delivery environments (advantageous)
