Working hours: 8.30am to 6pm (Mon to Fri) Location: Pasir Panjang (118520) Basic Salary: S$2,800 – S$3,500 Responsibilities Provide customer service support through phone and emails. Prepare shipping documents and handle import/export documentation. Monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery. Process invoices promptly and accurately. Ensure import/export operations run smoothly and comply with SOP. In-house software training will be provided. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping / freight forwarding / logistics industry Basic knowledge of import/export procedures and documentation. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Preferred Skills Experience with TradeNet submission. Knowledge of local customs regulations.
