Responsibilities include analyzing financial data, preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing client portfolios, and providing advisory services on loans and mortgage solutions. The Finance Specialist will assist clients throughout the borrowing process, ensuring seamless documentation and coordination with lending institutions. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and financial institutions is a key aspect of the role. *Qualifications**Strong Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge to assess and interpret financial data accuratelyProficiency in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements and Accounting principlesExcellent Communication skills for effective client interaction and relationship managementDetail-oriented and proactive approach to managing documentation and loan processesAcademic background in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred)Prior experience in the financial services or banking sector is a plusAbility to work efficiently within an on-site team environment
