This is a remote contract role with a call center environment, requiring reliability, strong work ethic, and a distraction-free workspace. This is a fixed-term contract position. Contract extensions may be considered based on performance and business needs. Structured sales training and ongoing coaching will be provided throughout the ramp-up period. What You’ll Do:Manage inbound and outbound warm calls (approx. 200+ weekly).Handle calls lasting 6–15 minutes to close new customers, explain LawnStarter’s services, and upsell recurring plans.Meet and exceed sales metrics and quality standards.Demonstrate exceptional communication skills with U.S. customers.Maintain accurate CRM records and uphold data protection policies.
