Job Overview: The Emirates Group is actively seeking resilient, highly polished Airport Services Agents to anchor our ground operations at Dubai International Airport (Terminal 3). You will be the face of the airline, responsible for managing high-volume passenger check-ins, enforcing strict international visa/TIMATIC regulations, and executing seamless boarding procedures for our global fleet of A380 and Boeing 777 aircraft. What You Actually Need (Requirements): High School Graduate (Grade 12); degrees in Tourism or Aviation are preferred.2+ years of premium customer service experience in high-volume environments.Exceptional English fluency; secondary languages (Arabic, Mandarin, Russian) are highly valued.Immaculate grooming standards with absolutely no visible tattoos while in uniform.Ability to work demanding 24/7 rotating shifts, including nights and public holidays. Your Daily Reality (Responsibilities):Checking in passengers, issuing boarding passes, and safely tagging routing baggage.Scrutinizing passports and verifying complex international visa requirements via TIMATIC.Managing the boarding gates, making clear PA announcements, and hitting strict departure timings.De-escalating flight disruptions, re-booking missed connections, and assisting VIPs and PRMs (Passengers with Reduced Mobility).
