The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first attitude. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls /chats efficiently. Resolve customer queries accurately and with empathy. Provide timely and relevant information while ensuring high customer satisfaction. Adhere to company processes, policies, and performance standards.
