General Labor Operations Associate

Role and Responsibilities:

Assist in loading and unloading materials and productsMove products within warehouse or production areas using appropriate equipmentPerform repetitive physical tasks including lifting, bending, and carrying items up to 50 lbsMaintain cleanliness and organization of work areasFollow safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)Support production line or warehouse functions as neededOperate hand tools, pallet jacks, or other equipment safelyComplete documentation and reports as requiredCommunicate effectively with team members and supervisorsRequired Skills and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent preferredAbility to perform physical tasks including lifting, standing, bending, and walking for extended periodsReliable attendance and punctualityTeam-oriented with strong work ethicBasic math and communication skillsPrevious experience in warehouse, production, or general labor is a plus but not requiredWorking Conditions:

Fast-paced, physically demanding environmentMay require working in temperature-controlled areasOccasional overtime and weekend work as neededCompensation and Benefits:
