Required Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. See an idea from inception to completion. Highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple accounts. Skilled at prioritization and resolving pressing issues with level-headedness. Ability to delegate effectively and lead remote teams. 3 plus years of experience in account management or a similar role preferred. Previous business development is preferred. Previous BPO experience is a plus. B2B Experience in the USA Market. At least 1 year experience working for a US company Ability to work Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST Work from home experience. WFH/ Remote but willing to work from office in Johannesburg if the need arises. Why Work with Anchora?
