ICT Support Technician Duties · Provide First Line and Second Line Support for all ICT related incidents as experienced by the client staff · Diagnose, debug and resolve end-user technical problems via helpdesk ticket system, email, phone or in person · Ensure problems and issues are systematically tracked, escalated accordingly and followed up on in a timely manner · Collaborate with colleagues while working on short-term and long-term ICT projects · Assist in the provisioning of User Accounts, Computer Accounts on Line of Business Systems as required by the client · Identify and escalate incidents requiring urgent attention to Systems Administrator and Network Administrator · Install, configure and manage software and their functions according to specifications · Maintain hardware and software inventory · Update calls on the helpdesk system as required by Service Level Agreement · Other ICT Support tasks designated by supervisor Requirements : A+, N+, 2 Years Experience Mobility: Valid driver's license Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
