Benefits and Incentives: Results-Driven Incentive Program: Receive rewards corresponding to your results.Broaden your expertise through customized programs designed for premier bankers looking to enhance their capabilities.Career Growth: Clear strategies to achieve professional aims.Eligible for performance-linked bonus pay.Comprehensive benefits package.Store Management: Approximately 20% of time is devoted to maintaining high-value client relationships.Implements sales and promotional programs with creativity and vitality to meet goals and exceed quality standards.Assists in the integrated delivery of financial services and products, including tailored lending options, cash flow supervision, and investment management, by referring clients to appropriate departments.Drives the store's growth initiatives, targeting consumer markets, small businesses, or both, depending on market conditions, while ensuring the execution of daily and weekly growth objectives.Team Leadership: Oversees recruitment, assignment, performance evaluation, development, promotion, and, if necessary, separation of store associates.Coaches and mentors team members to acquire the skills necessary for their roles, with a focus on technical knowledge in consumer and small business lending.May coach, mentor, or train others and deliver instruction as a subject matter expert.Operational and Regulatory Compliance: Ensures operational efficiency while maintaining compliance and quality standards.Adheres to all relevant banking regulations and stays updated on changes in regulations.Maintains knowledge of policies and procedures regarding the Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security, and other applicable regulations.Qualifications: Associate degree or equivalent hands-on experience in banking, finance, business, or a related field.4–7 years of experience in supervising and managing retail banking teams.Active involvement in multiple community organizations.Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, banking systems, and office equipment.Demonstrated ability to train and mentor staff.Proven sales and interpersonal relationship skills.Knowledge of retail banking products and services; experience in originating consumer and small business loans preferred.Compliance with Federal, State, and local consumer protection laws governing loan origination, including the SAFE Act.Mortgage Loan Origination (MLO) Responsibilities: Serves as a Mortgage Loan Originator specializing in open-end transactions, such as home equity lines of credit.Not authorized to operate as a Closed-End MLO for a bank.All MLOs must register and comply with SAFE Act regulations.
