About this role

We are a small and local team driven service company seeking an Office Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Responsibilities · Clerical tasks: Sorting and sending mail, maintaining files, and keeping an inventory of office supplies, data entry. · Administrative support: Answering phones, taking and delivering messages, and forwarding messages, Invoicing, bill payments, and other office administration duties. · Office organization: Greeting clients and ensuring the office is clean and neat · Document management: Assisting with document filing and organizing financial records · Office communications: Providing office communications support by answering questions, confirming customer orders, and keeping customers informed Office assistants may also be responsible for miscellaneous tasks like arranging drinks and meals for staff, arranging travel and posting company policies.
