Our mentors are experienced professionals working at leading technology companies who are passionate about sharing their knowledge and helping the next generation of talent succeed in the job market. Role Overview We are currently looking for experienced Data professionals to join our mentor network. In this role, you will work with students who are preparing for data-related roles and provide guidance on technical skills, industry expectations, and interview preparation. This is a fully remote and flexible role, making it ideal for professionals who want to share their expertise and mentor aspiring candidates while maintaining their full-time careers. Responsibilities Provide 1-on-1 mentorship sessions to students preparing for DA, BA, DS, or MLE roles Conduct mock interviews and provide structured feedback Guide students on resume improvement and project presentation Share industry insights and practical experience from real-world data roles Support students in strengthening technical problem-solving and interview readiness Requirements 3+ years of professional experience in data-related roles at a North American technology company Experience in areas such as Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Science, or Machine Learning Strong proficiency with common data tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, or similar technologies Familiarity with technical interviews and recruiting processes in North America Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly Teaching, mentoring, or coaching experience is a plus What We Offer Fully remote work environment Flexible schedule based on your availability Opportunity to mentor aspiring data professionals and share your industry experience Competitive compensation for mentoring sessions Job Types: Part-time, Casual, Freelance Expected hours: 1.0 – 7.0 per week Work Location: Remote
