Role and Responsibilities:
As an Courier Delivery Driver, you will oversee daily delivery routes to ensure secure and efficient package transport. You will help maintain operational excellence by keeping accurate records, communicating effectively with dispatch and customers, and providing a positive service experience that reflects the Amazon Prime brand.
Load and transport packages along assigned routes while adhering to safety procedures and driving regulations.Deliver packages accurately, verifying details to ensure proper fulfillment.Keep organized and precise delivery records and documentation.Coordinate with dispatch teams and communicate with customers to resolve questions or issues.Follow all safety policies, traffic laws, and delivery procedures consistently.Adapt routes, schedules, and priorities based on operational needs.Provide professional, courteous, and dependable service in all customer interactions.Conduct regular inspections of delivery vehicles to ensure maintenance and operational readiness.Required Skills and Experience:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.Prior experience in delivery, transportation, or logistics preferred.Ability to lift and carry packages safely up to 50 pounds.Strong organizational and time management skills to manage daily routes efficiently.Proficiency with GPS navigation and mobile delivery applications.Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with route planning or delivery optimization software.Familiarity with warehouse operations and package handling processes.Customer service experience in fast-paced or high-volume settings.Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.Compensation and Benefits:
