KMPlus Consulting is looking for a Software Engineer who will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving digital platforms and internal systems that support Knowledge Management, Human Capital, and organizational learning initiatives. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and user-friendly solutions aligned with business requirements and client needs. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain web-based applications and digital platforms. Collaborate with project managers, UI/UX designers, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. Develop and optimize frontend and backend functionalities. Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and system reliability. Conduct debugging, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for existing systems. Participate in system integration, API development, and database management. Support deployment, system enhancement, and maintenance activities. Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and development reports. Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and project discussions. Continuously identify opportunities for system improvement and innovation. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in software development or engineering. Proficient in frontend and backend development technologies. Experience with frameworks such as React, Next.js, Laravel, Node.js, or similar technologies. Familiar with database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. Understanding of REST API integration and system architecture. Familiar with Git/version control systems. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in enterprise systems, knowledge management platforms, or HR technology solutions. Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodology. Familiarity with cloud services and deployment environments. Experience in mobile-responsive application development.
