We are currently seeking a Customer Service Officer Offshore to join our dynamic team. This role offers the flexibility of working remotely from anywhere in the world. As a Customer Service Officer Offshore, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers located in Singapore. You will assist them with inquiries, troubleshooting, and general support via email, live chat, and phone calls. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and provide a positive experience with our brand. Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information and assistance Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to our products Ensure timely and effective communication with customers Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide feedback for improvements Maintain thorough knowledge of our products, promotions, and company policies Fluent in both English (Both written and speaking) Previous experience in customer service or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work well under pressure Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Proficient in using customer service software and tools Reliable internet connection and appropriate work-from-home setup Data Entry and Management Social Media Moderation is a plus.
