Closing Date: Friday 8th May 2026 We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially driven Business Intelligence Analyst to support data-informed financial decision-making. This role bridges performance data, financial insights, and strategic initiatives to enhance both on-track competitiveness and off-track profitability. Design and maintain Power BI dashboards for financial reporting (P&L, cash flow, KPIs) with clear, actionable insights for stakeholdersBuild and optimise scalable data models using DAX and Power QueryAutomate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effortSupport budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost optimisation with data-driven insightsEnsure data governance, quality, and consistency across financial datasets and source systemsIntegrate multiple data sources into unified, high-performance reporting modelsDrive continuous improvement by leveraging new Power BI features, automation, and advanced analyticsSupport AI-driven reporting, including forecasting and anomaly detection, in collaboration with data science teamsOwn BI roadmap and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutionsCommunicate insights effectively to both finance and non-technical stakeholdersDriven by high performance What do you need to bring to the team? Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related fieldStrong experience with Power BI (data modelling, DAX, Power Query, dashboard design)Solid understanding of financial reporting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and variance analysisStrong SQL skills and experience working with relational databasesProven experience in data governance, data quality management, and validation processesExceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracyFamiliarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics)Exposure to Azure, cloud data platforms, or data warehousing solutionsExperience with Python or other analytical toolsA team like no other.
