🔹 Key Responsibilities Area Security Management Oversee security operations within the assigned area Ensure all entry/exit points are monitored and controlled Supervision of Security Staff Manage and guide security guards and supervisors Assign duties, shifts, and patrol schedules Ensure discipline and proper conduct Access Control Verify IDs, visitor logs, and vehicle entries Prevent unauthorized access Surveillance & Monitoring Monitor CCTV systems and alarm systems Identify suspicious activities and respond quickly Incident Handling Respond to emergencies (theft, fire, accidents, disturbances) Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports Patrolling Conduct regular patrols of the assigned area Check for safety hazards or security breaches Coordination Work with local law enforcement, fire departments, or internal management Assist during inspections or audits Reporting Maintain daily logs and incident reports Report security status to higher management
