Job Description: 1. Access Control Enforce the company's "No ID, No Entry" policy.Verify the identity of employees, visitors, contractors, service providers, and delivery personnel before allowing entry.Issue, monitor, and retrieve visitor passes or temporary access badges.Record all entries and exits in the prescribed logbook or access control form.2. Security Screening and Inspection Conduct bag inspection, package checking, and body frisking when required by company policy.Inspect vehicles entering and leaving the company premises.Check delivery documents, gate passes, pull-out forms, and other authorization documents.Report and prevent the entry of prohibited items such as deadly weapons, liquor. illegal drugs, and other contraband.3. Protection of Company Property Monitor company assets, equipment, products, and facilities against theft, loss, damage, or unauthorized use.Observe loading and unloading activities when required.Prevent unauthorized removal of company property without approved gate pass or clearance.4. Patrol and Monitoring Conduct regular security patrols in assigned areas, including offices, warehouses, parking areas, gates, stairways, emergency exits, and restricted areas.Report unsafe conditions, security breaches, suspicious persons, or unusual activities.5. Incident Response and Reporting Respond immediately to security incidents, accidents, emergencies, alarms, disturbances, and suspicious activities.Prepare clear and accurate incident reports using the basic 5Ws and 1H: What, When, Where, Who, Why and How.Assist in crowd control, evacuation, and emergency response when necessary.6. Enforcement of Company Rules Enforce company security and safety policies professionally and consistently.Maintain discipline, order, and proper conduct within the assigned post.7. Emergency and Safety Support Assist during fire, earthquake, medical emergency, bomb threat, workplace violence, typhoon, flood, or other emergency situations.Support evacuation procedures and guide employees and visitors to designated safe areas.Participate in safety and security orientation, training, and drills.Qualifications Undergraduate of any course; a college degree is highly recommended, preferably in Criminology or Industrial Security Management.Must have a valid License to Exercise the Security Profession as a Company Security Guard under the Company Guard Force (CGF) category.Must be physically and mentally fit.Must be a computer literate.Must have at least 1 year of experience in Industrial Security Management or in a law enforcement agency.Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays.Work Location: In person
