Role Description We are seeking experienced Netball and Football Coaches for a contract-based, on-site role located in Gqeberha, Eastern Cape. As a coach, you will be responsible for planning and conducting engaging training sessions, mentoring athletes to enhance their skills, and developing game strategies tailored to the needs of individuals and teams. Additional responsibilities include organising matches, managing team performance, and fostering a positive and inclusive sports environment. Coaches are also expected to ensure adherence to safety guidelines and provide feedback to players for continued improvement.

Qualifications

Strong coaching and leadership skills with experience in Netball or Football training Expertise in creating and implementing practice plans, game strategies, and skill development programs Ability to provide constructive feedback and mentorship to athletes to enhance their performance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with players and stakeholders Familiarity with safety regulations and the ability to ensure a secure training environment Relevant coaching certifications or qualifications in Netball or Football Previous experience in a similar role or working with teams of various skill levels
