What You’ll Do:

Provide administrative support to the back clinic team Schedule patient appointments and manage calendars Coordinate communication between patients and healthcare providers Assist with patient records and documentation Ensure clinic operations run efficiently and smoothly Assist in managing clinic supplies and equipment

What We’re Looking For:

Strong administrative skills (experience in healthcare is a plus) Excellent organizational and communication abilities Ability to multitask in a busy, fast-paced environment Compassionate, patient-focused approach to customer service Proficiency with office software and scheduling tools Previous healthcare or medical office experience preferred but not required
