Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeTue03:00 PM - 11:30 PMWed03:00 PM - 11:30 PMThur03:00 PM - 11:30 PMFri03:00 PM - 11:30 PMSat03:00 PM - 11:30 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, security-related policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, issue visitor passes, and help to deter unauthorized access in accordance with location requirements. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed. Maintain detailed activity logs, visitor records, and incident documentation, and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help identify access control concerns, suspicious activity, and/or conditions that may require follow-up. Minimum Requirements: The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred. Comfort using a computer and/or tablet is preferred. At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks. Customer service experience is preferred. A state, county, and/or city issued security-related license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
