Traveling Construction Laborer

Entry-Level Travel Construction Laborer Location: On-site in Waseca, MN (travel varies based on what works best for your schedule) Schedule: Full-time Pay: $20/hr+ What You’ll DoPrepare concrete surfaces (cleaning, grinding, patching, repairs)Mix and apply epoxy, urethane, and specialty coatingsOperate grinders, mixers, rollers, and basic toolsMaintain clean, safe work areasWork collaboratively to meet quality and project deadlinesWhat We’re Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalentNo experience required—training providedAbility to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periodsComfortable working in construction environmentsValid driver’s license and clean driving recordReliable transportation to the Waseca site and Southern MN projectsWillingness to travel at least 1 week per monthCompensation & Benefits$20+/hr depending on experience$5/hr weekend bonusQuarterly bonusesHealth, dental, vision, and 401(k)Paid for travel time to and from job sitesJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Waseca, MN.
