Entry-Level Construction Laborer

About the position Keller North America is a leading geotechnical specialty contractor providing drilled foundations, earth retention, and ground improvement solutions throughout the United States. We are currently seeking Entry-Level Construction Laborers to join our field operations teams in the Texas+ region.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in construction. No prior construction experience is required. We are seeking motivated, hardworking individuals who are willing to travel, learn new skills, and work as part of a team in a physically demanding field environment.\n#keller1 Responsibilities Perform general labor duties on active construction jobsitesAssist with site setup, cleanup, and organizationDig, grade, and perform earthwork using hand toolsMove tools, materials, and equipment around the jobsiteClean, grease, and perform basic maintenance on equipmentAssist skilled craft workers and equipment operators as neededLearn and safely operate hand and power tools such as drills, saws, grinders, pneumatic tampers, and jackhammersFollow all safety policies and procedures at all timesTravel to jobsites throughout the Texas+ region and surrounding statesEmployees will receive on-the-job training in construction methods, equipment use, and safety procedures.
