Location: In-office daily at either the Minnesota or Columbia location Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: Estimated $45,000-$58,000 annually We are seeking a motivated Financial Support Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role provides essential support to two offices and assists with sales tax documentation, financial document retrieval, and general accounting assistance. You will work alongside a team of approximately 10 staff accountants serving 450 clients. Key Responsibilities: Retrieve and organize client source documents, including monthly financials, credit card statements, bank information, and check images.Research state and county sales tax requirements (retail-focused) and assist with the preparation of necessary documentation.Maintain accurate financial records and support smooth accounting workflows across both offices.Communicate professionally with clients and government agencies as required.Review websites, regulations, and documentation to ensure compliance with all applicable laws.Provide administrative support to staff accountants and leadership as needed.Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and capable of conducting thorough regulatory or online research.Comfortable communicating with clients and government agencies.No degree required; candidates with stable work histories or recent graduates are encouraged to apply.2+ years of administrative experience preferred.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer, welcoming applications from all individuals including Veterans and Disabled persons.
