What You’ll Do • Assist with concrete surface preparation (cleaning, scraping, masking, basic tool use) • Support installation of sealants, joint fillers, densifiers, and coatings (staging materials, mixing support, masking, cleanup) • Load/unload materials and keep tools organized • Set up and break down equipment safely • Maintain a clean, professional jobsite • Follow all jobsite rules and company safety procedures • Work as part of a crew to meet production goals while keeping quality high Requirements • Reliable transportation • Strong work ethic (on time, consistent, ready to work) • Able to perform physical labor (lifting, standing, bending; indoor/outdoor work) • Able to work outdoors in Arizona heat when required (summer conditions can be extreme) • Willing to learn, take direction, and work as part of a team • Professional attitude on customer jobsites OSHA 10 Certification (Provided) • OSHA 10 certification classes provided for all new hires Travel (Some Jobs) Some projects require out-of-state travel. When travel is required, this role includes mileage reimbursement, per diem, and standard travel support (as applicable for the job).
