Job Title: Mail Processor/Document Processor# 1003469
Location: San Antonio, TX 78251
Duration: 6 Months contract with possible extension
Pay Range: $17–18/hr.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Support Associate to provide routine operational and administrative support within established processes. This role involves assisting with day-to-day operations, ensuring accuracy, and supporting process improvements while working under general supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Provide operational and administrative support for daily business functions Perform routine tasks following established procedures and guidelines Identify opportunities to improve individual work processes and efficiency Accurately process data, maintain records, and support documentation needs Interact with internal teams and client personnel to provide basic information and support Escalate issues, questions, or discrepancies to supervisors in a timely manner Ensure tasks are completed with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Support team objectives and meet assigned deadlines
Required Qualifications
Minimum 6+ months of operations support experience, OR equivalent through: Work experience Consulting experience Training or education Military experience
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
