This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy meaningful conversations, can quickly diagnose business needs, and are comfortable engaging with entrepreneurs. What you’ll do * Conduct high-volume outbound calls to US small and medium business owners. * Evaluate prospects’ digital presence in real time, including SEO, PPC, and social media. * Ask strategic questions to uncover business needs and growth opportunities. * Qualify leads and prepare opportunities for senior closing teams, or close select opportunities. * Use CRM tools to document conversations, insights, and follow-up activities. * Share recurring market insights and customer pain points with leadership. Who you are * Confident and effective on the phone. * Able to explain digital marketing fundamentals such as SEO, PPC, and social advertising. * Comfortable working with metrics, performance targets, and high call volumes. * Able to engage with US business owners and understand their challenges. Qualifications * 1 to 3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, account management, or PR. * Experience managing high call volumes of 100 or more calls per day. * Strong verbal communication skills in English. * Experience working with US SMBs; home services industry experience is a plus. * Experience using CRM tools.
