Expert Review
This position with OnTrac offers a competitive hourly rate of $18.20 and is geared towards those who can handle a physically demanding role. The shifts are flexible, running from early morning to late evening, which can be appealing for those wanting to manage their personal schedules. It's crucial to be aware that the pace can be quite brisk, making it essential for workers to be physically prepared.
The job includes benefits such as a 401(k) plan with company matching and paid sick leave, which adds value to the overall compensation package. However, the work can be grueling, often requiring employees to lift heavy packages and stay on their feet for long periods. This might not be suitable for everyone.
For those looking for a job in logistics, OnTrac provides a reliable entry point, but it's essential to know what to expect. The company has a mixed reputation, and while the pay is decent, there may be better options for those seeking higher wages or less strenuous work.
