About the Role
At Right The 1st Time, we’re known for high-quality, detail-driven cleaning—not rushed, surface-level work. We’re hiring a Team Lead House Cleaner who can confidently handle both deep/premium cleans and recurring residential clients, while helping guide newer team members in the field.
This is a working team lead role—you’ll be cleaning daily while setting the standard for quality, pace, and professionalism.
What You’ll Be Doing
Perform deep cleaning (premium cleans) and recurring maintenance cleaning Lead by example on job sites and support team members Train and guide new hires in the field Follow detailed cleaning systems and checklists Maintain strong attention to detail while keeping pace Ensure every home meets our quality standards
What We’re Looking For
✔ Professional house cleaning experience required - min 3 years ✔ Strong attention to detail ✔ Ability to work efficiently ✔ Positive attitude and team-first mindset ✔ Comfortable leading and coaching others ✔ Reliable transportation ✔ must be able to pass a background and drug test
