Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.60 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeThur04:00 PM - 12:00 AMFri04:00 PM - 12:00 AMSat04:00 PM - 12:00 AMSun04:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with local management and/or first responders as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout common areas, storefront corridors, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help identify unusual activity and report security-related concerns. Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help support authorized access, observe guest interactions, and report policy violations, maintenance issues, and/or suspicious behavior. Assist with closing procedures, directional support, and general public assistance while maintaining a visible presence that helps support order and professionalism at the location. Minimum Requirements: Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. A guard card and/or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
