Marketing Professional

About the role At RetailTribe, we help our customers grow their businesses through structured marketing that drives measurable outcomes. We're looking for a Marketing Professional to act as a strategic partner to each customer, turning insight into plans, campaigns, content and results.

What you'll do

Understand the customer. Build knowledge of each customer's business, audience, competitive landscape and brand perception.

Build the strategy. Translate insight into a documented marketing plan with clear objectives, target segments, value proposition and channel mix.

Create and execute campaigns. Own the end-to-end delivery of campaigns across email, social, web and events, including local content as an ongoing campaign.

Track and refine. Monitor performance, gather feedback, report weekly and continuously improve.

What we're looking for

Strong business instincts and the ability to connect marketing activity to business outcomes

Experience or knowledge building marketing strategies and integrated campaigns across multiple channels

Excellent customer-facing skills, including the confidence to lead structured conversations and present plans to customers

Sharp writing and editing skills, with a strong sense of tone, voice and brand consistency

Comfort with data, performance tracking and turning numbers into clear recommendations

Highly organised, with the discipline to maintain documented plans and reports across multiple customers A continuous-improvement mindset and willingness to refine based on results and feedback

Advantageous

An interest in golf or sport, or better still, experience working in the golf industry.
