This is an entry-level role ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to build a career in sales and business development. The role involves identifying potential customers, promoting products/services, and driving revenue growth through direct engagement. Key Responsibilities Identify and approach potential customers through field sales, referrals, and lead generation activities Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market trends Participate in daily/weekly sales meetings and training sessions. Performance Metrics (KPIs) Daily/weekly sales targets achieved Number of new clients acquired Conversion rate from leads to customers Revenue generated. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field (or equivalent experience) 0 - 2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles (NYSC/Internship experience is an added advantage) Strong communication and interpersonal skills High level of confidence and persuasive ability Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed in sales Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to work in a target-driven and field-based environment.
