As a Credit and Collection Officer at B. Braun you plays a vital role in managing the credit risk assessment and collections processes of the company. This position is responsible for evaluating customer creditworthiness, establishing credit limits, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding accounts receivable. The Credit and Collection Officer works closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to minimize bad debt exposure and optimize cash flow. Your key responsibilities: Assess creditworthiness of customers through application reviews and financial analysis. Set and monitor credit limits, terms, and compliance with company policies. Track accounts receivable, identify delinquent accounts, and manage collections. Resolve payment issues, negotiate arrangements, and escalate overdue accounts when necessary. Collaborate with internal teams and maintain accurate records of credit and collection activities. Lead AR specialists, implement best practices, and drive process improvements for efficiency. What you will bring to the team: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 3 years’ experience in credit and collections with strong analytical skills. Knowledge of credit risk assessment, collections techniques, and regulatory requirements. Excellent negotiation, communication, and proficiency in Excel and accounting software. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively. What sets B.
