Entry Level Healthcare Specialist

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Entry Level Health Insurance Agent to join our dynamic team. Prior experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing is a plus, along with strong communication and negotiation skills. Multilingual abilities and knowledge of HIPAA regulations are advantageous to serve diverse client bases effectively. Responsibilities Engage with prospective clients through outbound calls, telemarketing, and in-person interactions to promote health insurance products. Conduct needs analysis to understand client requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans. Explain policy features, benefits, and coverage options clearly and professionally. Negotiate terms with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation, follow-up communications, and maintaining accurate client records. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach strategies and promotional campaigns. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Assist with benefits administration and onboarding processes for new clients. Qualifications Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts clearly. Experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing preferred but not required. Demonstrated negotiation skills and the ability to close sales effectively. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse populations. Knowledge of sales administration, marketing strategies, and analysis skills is a plus. Customer service experience with a focus on client satisfaction. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and benefits administration is advantageous. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
