As an Assistant Dental Office Manager, you will report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks and duties to help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients. When you join an Aspen Dental practice, you’ll participate in an eight-week training program to succeed in your role.
Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standardsWork collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient careConsult with patients on treatment options provided by clinical team, verifying insurance payment and collection ensuring high quality of careUnder the direction of the Manager, supervise and reinforce the daily tasks and priorities of the non-clinical teamReview data day to day to evaluate the impact on the practiceOversee scheduling and confirming patient appointmentsVerify insurance payment, collection, balance nightly deposits and credit card processingAdditional tasks assigned by the Manager Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgroundsDemonstrate analytical thinking; place a premium on leveraging dataOrganized and detail orientedAspen Dental-branded practices are independently owned and operated by licensed dentists. The practices receive non-clinical business support services from Aspen Dental Management, Inc., a dental support organization.
