In this unarmed patrol role, you will support daily operations with a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative team that values people first, teamwork, and integrity. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeFri08:00 AM - 04:00 PMSat08:00 AM - 04:00 PMSun08:00 AM - 04:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations and actions according to site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify concerns and report security-related issues. Monitor access points and assist with visitor processing, badge verification, and/or delivery coordination in alignment with location procedures. Support a professional atmosphere by communicating clearly with staff, visitors, and/or first responders during routine operations and escalated situations. Minimum Requirements: Have at least 1 year of security-related experience. Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client. Be at least 21 years of age. A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred. Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
