This role requires a friendly & professional individual who can support our brokers in achieving their goals. As the backbone of our office, you will be a Jack-of-all-trades (or Jill!), accomplishing whatever needs to be done on any given day. *Duties**Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a professional and organized environment that supports real estate activitiesCreate weekly & monthly update emails to send out to our brokersPersonalize and send out monthly newsletters for our brokersCreate property marketing for our brokers (flyers, email campaigns, social media graphics, postcards, etc..)Make basic website updatesManage our office Meta accountManage our Google Business ProfileProvide personalized support to our brokers as neededSupervise additional part-time staff memberCoordinate vendor relationships including service providers, maintenance teams, and technology support to keep the office running smoothlySupport human resources functions such as onboarding new brokers and ensuring adherence to company policiesManage front desk operations including multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and greeting visitors professionallyand more!
