We’re hiring an enthusiastic Entry-Level Helper to assist our team with exterior cleaning projects. No prior experience is needed—we provide on-the-job training! This is a great opportunity to start a career in the pressure washing industry, working outdoors in a hands-on role. Key Responsibilities: • Assist technicians with pressure washing, soft washing, and surface cleaning for roofs, siding, decks, driveways, and more. • Prepare job sites by setting up equipment, mixing solutions, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. • Help load/unload tools and materials from vehicles. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment on-site and in the shop. • Provide excellent customer service during interactions with clients. Qualifications: • No experience necessary— we’ll train you! • Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license (preferred for transportation). • Physically able to perform outdoor labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods. • Reliable, punctual, and willing to work in various weather conditions. • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn. • High school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
