Our client is seeking a strategic and customer-focused Customer Experience Manager to join their team in Bloemfontein, Free State, ZA . This vital role is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the entire customer journey, ensuring every interaction with our brand is positive, seamless, and memorable. You will develop and implement customer experience strategies, analyze customer feedback, and collaborate with various departments to drive improvements in customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive customer experience strategy aligned with business objectives. Map the customer journey, identifying key touchpoints and opportunities for improvement. Analyze customer feedback, surveys, and behavior data to identify trends and insights. Implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy. Collaborate with marketing, sales, product development, and support teams to ensure a consistent customer experience. Design and optimize customer support processes and resources. Develop training programs for staff on customer service best practices. Monitor key customer experience metrics (e.g., NPS, CSAT, CES) and report on performance. Manage customer feedback loops and ensure timely resolution of customer issues. Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in customer experience management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer experience, customer success, or a related field. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful customer experience strategies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Experience with CRM systems and customer feedback platforms. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
