Job Summary The Brand Manager leads the development, innovation, and execution of brand strategies to drive growth, market share, and profitability through strong positioning, marketing initiatives, product innovation, and cross-functional collaboration. Job Responsibilities Brand Strategy and Positioning Develop and execute brand strategy and annual plans aligned with business goalsStrengthen brand positioning, target audience, and value propositionEnsure consistency across all communications and marketing activitiesMarketing Campaign Development Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital, offline, and retail channelsCollaborate with creative teams on compelling messaging and campaignsMonitor and optimize performance based on data and insightsProduct and Innovation Management Lead product launches, improvements, and innovation initiativesIdentify opportunities through consumer insights, trends, and competitor analysisCoordinate with regulatory teams for product launchesDevelop and execute new related business for Best ShapeMarket and Consumer Insights Analyze market data, consumer behavior, and competitionTrack brand health, market share, and sales performanceTurn insights into actionable strategiesCross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Sales and E-commerce teams for alignment and executionSupport sell-through with effective programs and materialsBudget and Performance Management Manage the marketing budget and resource allocationTrack ROI and optimize spending for maximum impactTeam Leadership, Training, and Development Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing teamConduct training on brand strategy and best practicesFoster a culture of learning, collaboration, and performanceProvide coaching and feedback to support team growthStakeholder Management Collaborate with fitness influencers, gym partners, and internal teams to amplify the brandEvent Execution Lead on-ground activations and wellness programsWilling to attend and oversee weekend or holiday events as neededJob Requirements Graduate of Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field3–5 years in Brand Management, preferably in FMCG, wellness, beauty, or lifestyleTraining in brand management or marketing analytics is a plusStrong passion for sports, fitness, or an active lifestyleExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong analytical and strategic thinking skillsWork Setup Hybrid: primarily WFH, with onsite work once a week or as neededBenefits HMO upon hiringPro-rated VL upon regularization; 15 VL + 5 SL after 1 yearVariable bonuses13th month payAdditional supplementary benefitsJob Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Php55,000.00 - Php75,000.00 per month Benefits: Additional leaveFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceOpportunities for promotionApplication Question(s): What is your Salary Expectation for this role?Amendable to start within 30 days?Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)Experience: Brand Manager: 2 years (Required)Work Location: Hybrid remote in Quezon City
