Licensing Support and Guidance
Responsibilities Connect with new and existing clients to understand their insurance needsProspect and generate new business through calls, referrals, networking, and leadsIdentify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions (auto, home, life, and commercial)Educate customers on coverage options and provide value-based recommendationsBuild and maintain a pipeline of prospects and clientsFollow up on leads and close sales to meet and exceed targetsMaintain strong relationships to drive retention and referrals Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skillsPositive attitude with a willingness to learn and growSelf-motivated and goal-orientedAbility to build trust and rapport with clientsBasic computer skills and ability to learn new systemsSales or customer service experience is a plus (not required)Must have or be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license prior to startingMust obtain a Life insurance license within the first 6 months of employment (we provide guidance and support)
