Job Title: Corporate Lawyer Location: New Cairo, Cairo, Egypt Company: Concrete Plus We are seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to provide legal guidance across corporate and employment matters. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in labor law and corporate legal affairs, ensuring the company's operations remain compliant with applicable regulations while minimizing legal risks. Key Responsibilities: Provide legal advice and support on corporate, commercial, and employment-related matters. Ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements, labor laws, and regulatory obligations. Advise management and HR teams on employment matters, including disciplinary actions, terminations, employee disputes, and workplace policies. Represent the company in labor disputes, negotiations, government inspections, and legal proceedings when required. Monitor changes in legislation and provide recommendations to ensure ongoing compliance. Manage relationships with external legal counsel, regulatory authorities, and government agencies. Qualifications: Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction. Minimum of 4 years of experience in corporate law, with significant exposure to labor and employment law. Strong knowledge of labor legislation, employment regulations, and corporate governance practices. Experience handling labor disputes, employment contracts, investigations, and regulatory compliance matters. Excellent contract drafting, negotiation, and legal research skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
