Client Support Specialist

About This Role As a Client Support Specialist, you will be at the heart of our client experience, conducting migration assessments, facilitating job placements, and providing exceptional support throughout the relocation journey. You will serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, conducting discovery calls to understand their needs and guiding them through our services. This role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping people achieve their dreams of working abroad. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive migration eligibility assessments for prospective clients Facilitate job placement processes by matching clients with suitable opportunities in Europe Hold discovery calls with potential clients to understand their goals, qualifications, and preferred destinations Provide ongoing client communication and support throughout the entire relocation process Answer client inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner Guide clients through document requirements, application processes, and timeline expectations Maintain accurate client records and update case progress in our CRM system Collaborate with immigration consultants and operations team to ensure smooth case progression Identify and escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary Contribute to improving client support processes and documentation Requirements 2+ years of experience in customer support, client services, or similar client-facing role Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds Experience conducting phone or video consultations/calls Proficiency with CRM systems and digital communication tools Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment Must have own reliable computer and stable internet connection Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate clients in different time zones Interest in immigration, international mobility, and helping people achieve career goals abroad Benefits: Monthly internet and data stipend Flexible working hours 30-35 hrs with performance-based deliverables Remote-first environment—work from anywhere Paid training and onboarding Paid time off—up to 7 days annually Performance-based bonuses tied to successful placements and client satisfaction Opportunities to represent Workium in virtual job fairs and events Access to professional development resources in global recruitment and mobility
