Indalo Hotels & Leisure is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role will focus on driving revenue growth, increasing occupancy, and securing event bookings across Skukuza Golf Club, Ba-Phalaborwa Golf Club, and Leaves Lodge & Spa. Key Responsibilities Drive sales and revenue growth across all properties Develop and maintain strategic partnerships Identify new business opportunities within: Leisure Corporate Government Tourism sectors Promote events, accommodation, and golf offerings Build and maintain strong client relationships Attend industry workshops, networking events, and sales activations Travel within Mpumalanga, Limpopo, and Mozambique markets Minimum Requirements Matric / Grade 12 Diploma in Hospitality Management, Sales, or related field 3–5 years’ experience in hospitality, tourism, or golf-related sales Proven sales track record and target-driven mindset Strong understanding of: FIT Behaviour, OTA platfarms, Sports groups,PCO relationships, Gorvernment & STO business Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Willingness to travel and work weekends/public holidays when required Advantageous Mozambique market experience Strong networking and relationship-building ability Commercially minded with strong business acumen Salary & Benefits Company vehicle provided If you are passionate about hospitality, sales, and building lasting client relationships, we would love to hear from you.
