WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the Project Manager in various operational and project-related tasks, with a strong focus on improving workflows and interfaces using Lovable AI.

Experience with AI technologies and a solid understanding of how AI can be leveraged to enhance efficiency and effectiveness are required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support the creation and refinement of interfaces using Lovable AI.Help manage and maintain project boards, including creating, updating, and moving tickets as needed.Track task progress and assist in ensuring team members meet deadlines.Provide general support to the Project Manager across ad hoc operational and project-related tasks.Assist in developing project timelines, task lists, and milestones.Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and send follow-up communications.Assist in improving workflows to enhance team productivity and project outcomes. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field but no required.Experience with Lovable AI is a significant advantage.Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Basecamp, or Jira.2+ years’ Jira administration experience.Familiarity with Coda or equivalent platforms (Notion, Airtable, etc.).Strong knowledge of Jira workflows, issue types, and Agile boards.Experience with automation rules and AI-based task/reporting tools.Basic scripting/API familiarity is a plus.Excellent communication and multitasking skills.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
