Security Officer

The Security Guard / Driver Guard ensures the safety of personnel, property, and company operations while maintaining a visible security presence. This role includes access control, traffic and parking management, enforcement of company standards, and assistance in resolving incidents involving employees or clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a visible security presence and monitor premises for safety

Control access to the facility and manage parking and traffic flow

Enforce company policies and standards among employees and visitors

Assist in de-escalating incidents and handling security-related situations professionally

Conduct basic security inspections, patrols, and incident reporting

Provide driving support as needed for company operations

Qualifications:

High School graduate or vocational certificate holder (Bachelor’s in Criminology is an advantage)

Licensed Security Guard with a valid professional license

At least 2 years of experience in security enforcement or customer-facing roles

Knowledge of organizational compliance standards and security practices

Strong discipline, professional appearance, and excellent communication skills

Fit and capable of conflict management

Preferably holds a valid driver’s license and can operate both manual and automatic 4-wheeled vehicles
